Jiordana is truly amazing. I was dealing with digestive problems for over 2 years. Tried every diet, went to many doctors including a gastroenterologist and nothing helped. I joined her detox program and it was life changing for me, I was able to loose weight and eat yeast again, my stomach doesn’t get blooded anymore. Her knowledge and guidance improved my relationship with food. Thank you Jiordana!!!
This podcast is absolutely my favorite. Jiordana is so intelligent and provides such relevant, important information in an easy to digest way. I have worked 1:1 with Jiordana and can speak to her expertise, professionalism, and talent. I am always looking for the next episode. Thank you, Jiordana!
I discovered this podcast while listening to the episode you were on of “The Inner Child”. The first episode of this podcast that I listened to was the one on sexual assault and overeating. Almost couldn’t get through that one because it was rather triggering. I just finished the episode on not hating your body and I think you have a lot of great advice go share. I look forward to listening to what you’ve already done and what will come next. Thank you!
Jiordana will blow you away with the information and advice that she has, not only researched but trialled through her own personal experience. Who hasn't felt lost when it comes to how you feel, struggling to lose weight, mental health etc. Her podcasts are mind blowing!
I’m blown away that this is free honestly! 😂 I feel like this is the podcast I’ve been looking for. So much helpful information on holistic health from an expert that includes plenty of mindfulness along with the science. Thank you for this, Jiordana!!
