This podcast has changed my life. I can’t explain the gratitude I feel to have a resource like this….
I am a new listener to the podcast and I am listening to so many episodes because they are jam packed with great information! I love how it is easy to understand and digestible, while also remaining accessible. So many health and wellness podcasts forget about the average person. We can’t all live on a farm away from everyone else to create a perfect environment to be well and heal. This podcast respects that fact and as a person living in a city apartment I love it!
Easy to understand, great for a person just beginning a healing journey or for someone who wants to continue educating themselves about these important topics!!
