I’ve always listened to these podcasts but yikes, he stumbles over his words more and more often . It makes it hard to listen to and doesn’t get his point across as easily.
Also, stop laughing at half your own sentences. It’s not funny when you say some food or item isn’t healthy.

One of the main reasons I dont subscribe to Mark Hyman’s podcast (anymore) is that constant gassiness in his speech - it sounds like he’s in need to burp but holds it in or forces it back down and it’s in more and more of his shows (even in the ads he does).
Referencing MAHA and idolizing RFK Jr diminishes Dr. Hyman’s credibility.
Good info, but quit talking over guests. Listener, you’ll notice he duplicates and splices various episodes, so somewhat redundant.
