Wow - the entire episode is ad after ad. Too bad - JJ has a lot
of knowledge to share and the ads ruin it for me.
The 10 minutes of ads, q10 minutes of content is a waste of time
This podcast has transitioned into a series of advertisements and dangerous health advise. Some guests are great, some are dangerous, and some are snake oil salesman.
Update: lowering to a 1 star and unsubscribing. They have been sending Jay Shettys podcast weekly under this title. That ma makes my skin crawl.
I want to like the podcast, but with so many ads, is the influence to the info because commercials are funding the advice?? More than half the show is all commercials for products most likely for kickbacks
Crazy amount of advertisements. I can’t help but feel like she’s selling them just for monetary benefits and she doesn’t use most of those.
Also, nothing she talks about in the past year is novel. Most of them are fairly shallow topics and are being covered by other health podcasters and more comprehensive. She tends to recycle the same podcasts with few adjustments that aren’t exciting.
