治療結束後，賈小姐回歸職場，生活看似恢復正常，但每天手機上仍會收到癌友社群與LINE群組的訊息。有人分享治療近況、有人轉貼醫療新聞，也有人在討論副作用與焦慮。
但每次看到這些訊息，她的心情就會變得焦慮，她想退出群組讓生活回到原軌，做回「正常人」，卻又遲遲無法下決心，因為這群人曾陪她走過最辛苦的時期。
她覺得自己很矛盾——留下會焦慮；離開又感到愧疚，覺得自己好像沒有需要了就把其他人一把推開。
