  • Thank you for the empowerment

Been struggling with the industrial medical complex for years. Premiums we can’t afford and high deductibles for a service we never use. Thank you for the conformation, that I can control the outcome of my life.

  • Essential listening for health

No matter what your state of health, I find this podcast full of intelligent info to help women be their healthiest. Jenn is a compassionate and thorough interviewer. I’m 61 and I’m living my best life—part of that has to do with my informed use of hormones like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

  • Confusing?!

I'm confused. Why is this woman claiming she knows how to prevent cancer, yet recommends recipes with toxic sludge seed oils (from her meal plan), AND now she's recommending via a podcast episode GLP1s aka semaglutide?!? This is infuriating! This is WRONG. These shots are linked to cancer! Please explain!

  • Good information, but her jangling around the microphone is enough to skip an episode.

  • Great content

Hi there! I love your content and your show… Binge listening. The only thing is, there is always background noise in every one of your episodes. There is always kitchen noises, somebody in the background making breakfast or something… And paper shuffling, it is quite distracting.

121: Plant Based Simplicity and Building a Healthier Relationship With Food with Healthy Emmie
Q: What are the objections to plant-based eating?
People often bring up concerns like lectins in plants and other negative effects. However, Emmie highlights that despite these concerns, the benefits of consuming fruits and vegetables hugely outweigh any potential downsides.
121: Plant Based Simplicity and Building a Healthier Relationship With Food with Healthy Emmie
Q: Why do you think that people struggle so much with diet? What do you think's happening there?
For many people, it's an addiction. The food has been doctored up and tailored so that we're addicted to it. It's not people's fault that they're addicted, but it is their responsibility to recognize it and find their way out of it. The modern food supply is designed to make you addicted and keep buying these products.
117: Root Causes, Hormonal Health & The Politics of Medicine with Dr. Will Cole
Q: What has been your biggest challenge thus far in this space?
On a clinical level, it is cutting through the confusion sometimes of what people hear and the sort of paralysis of analysis.
116: Redefining Breast Cancer and Metabolic Health with Dr. Jenn Simmons
Q: How do you adapt your plan based on your treatment, whether it's chemo or hormone replacement?
We meet you where you are and customize the health plan based on your current treatment phase—whether you're newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, or recovering.
115: The Perimenopause Revolution with Dr. Mariza Snyder
Q: How should women approach hormone replacement therapy?
Women should have the conversation about HRT as soon as they start noticing symptoms that disrupt their lives.
