I am so glad that you started this podcast. Thank you. This is exactly what I need to hear in this season of my life. Each episode is so easy to understand because of how you break down complex concepts, and yet so challenging. I find myself needing to listen to an episode twice, with a few pauses in between to journal because I realise that there is a lot of work to be done on my end.
I have to admit… there’s so much truth in your work and the information you provide for your listeners. I am so glad that you’re doing something that makes you happy, and we relate to your work so easily but so hard to swallow - the truth definitely hurts - to make us aware of ourselves. I indeed need healing, and all thanks to you!
