便秘問題絕對不能忽視！
有一名22歲的女子，他從小就受到便秘這個問題的困擾，平常上廁所最少都要花到半小時，甚至是一個小時，直到後來她的便秘越來越嚴重，甚至曾經還有30天才上一次大號，並且持續的出現肚子痛的現象，體重也有下降的問題。

從沒有想過，自己會遭遇到這般難以想像的處境，
父親，怎忍心用恐嚇威逼的方式，對待自己的孩子？

現在想想，我心裡面還是可以感受到那股滋味，
是一種孤獨感、一種很沉的傷痛，言詞也說不上，
大概只有哭一會，才能平復這般情緒吧！

這個處境，生活簡直每一天都恐懼，就算事隔這麼久，
在我心裡面，過去的畫面仍舊清晰，唯獨父親的臉，
我沒有太多的記憶。

對我來說，過去式就是過去了，回頭再討論或是補救什麼，其實都有些多餘，
而應該把焦點放在未來式，將以前的錯誤經驗作為鑒戒，避開不必要的錯誤。
