The first episodes compared to the most recent episodes, show a negative change in her attitude. She’s becoming so much more critical of anything that she speaks about that she doesn’t agree with. I respect that she’s knowledgeable, but the way she expresses herself in the most recent podcasts make me not enjoy listening as much as I did in the beginning. I hope she catches herself in time to modify this because I really enjoy her content, but not the way she’s delivering it now.

I am close to the end of a cut (which I keep extending!), and have been struggling with the idea of increasing calories.
