    As a yoga teacher, I first found this podcast through the hosts’ Instagram. However, the long-form conversations provide so much more depth. I highly recommend you listen and follow!

    Really enjoy this podcast. The tackle a lot of super interesting topics and I love the evidence based approach. I’ve learnt so many things and it’s already been making an impact on how I feel. I’ve been especially enjoying learning about pain neuroscience as I struggle with chronic pain and am amazed at the different it’s made!
