After hearing Connor on other podcasts being pretty raw, honest and insightful, decided to start listening to his own podcast. I mean come on Connor. It’s 2025, get with it. I know you can han... more
It was the best thing I’ve heard on this podcast. Went to share it with a friend and it seems to have disappeared.
Trying to find the words but sometimes feels vague or general and “rantful” Some episodes better than others. Much also self-explanatory. I know some people may struggle more with simple things. Could go more in-depth, episodes can be short. And feels like most of his personal experience only.

I a very disorganized attachment person due to my totally unpredictable life. This helps me to notice when I’m about to move away or just run and get out of dodge. I move intuitively now, mostly anyway, so it’s easier to be able to tell the difference in “ intuition and impulse” . My trauma is complex. Moved 37 times in 14 years, went to 27 schools, before I quit at age 14 and left home because of a potential gun fight showdown. lots of violence threat including sexual and guns, alcoholic dad, ... more
Connor’s thoughtful approach, combined with his raw honesty and wisdom, makes every episode both insightful and actionable. As a woman, I find it just as important to tune in—understanding these conversations helps me gain deeper insight into the men in my life and fosters stronger, more meaningful connections. A must-listen!
