    I’m 61 and I was diagnosed bipolar in 2009. I recently changed therapists and she has opened my eyes to my own Neurodivergence! Of ADHD and Autism. Irony! I was a Special Ed teacher and worked with K-8 kids with Autism! My masks are thick and I’m looking forward to peeling some of them away. This is blowing my mind! And It’s all starting to make sense NOW!
