I love it when people talk about a movie and then talk absolutely about another movie together. (No, really - putting films in conversation with one another is great and so are the hosts)
Really nice to hear Mary Ellen talk about movies again! Nick seems cool too. :)
A worthy successor to Mar Ellen’s previous cohosted podcast Let’s Watch 2 Movies, this podcast benefits from two heavily contrasting views discussed in a super friendly but also earnest manner. Both hosts are able to push their points and beliefs while maintaining a fun and interesting atmosphere.
Strongly recommend to any fans of film discussion and/or Mary Ellen’s previous work.
This definitely fills the hole left by lets watch 2. Mary Ellen is, as always, wonderful. Nick is ok too, I guess 😏. I hope they do go down the road of reviewing movies as a whole, even if only for Patreon folk.
