最近上完老師的課，都有種從釋放自己身體，或更直接的釋放自己的感覺。
雖然自己接觸瑜珈短短的時間，但也有明顯感受自己的變化。
老師說得很好，面對無法預期的狀況，是在公司工作無法體驗的，總是可以處理的。
以往當社畜當久了，被別人圈養慣了，是很不錯，有獎金、有特休……但沒有了自己，被過度消耗。有機會可以再投資自己，思考一下自己除了社畜，應該還有更多的方向可以進行！
很多問題的答案就在自己身上！謝謝老師！
