Outstanding discussion. Thought the guest provided a wonderful insight into the deeper aspects of coaching and coaching identity, with the need for coaches to look at themselves (inward) first.
Content is great; very informative. Host is a bit dry but guest speakers are good aside from too many “umms”. Take lessons in speeking and podcasting plus work on audio.
