    Although I have been recovered for many years, you are helping me to Re-Heal. At the time, there were so few resources. I never had the courage to attend inpatient care. I found my own journey out. With your podcast, I feel as though my 15-22 year-old self is finally getting the love, empathy, and support she never had.
