Easy listening and informative
I think we’re getting sick of Sarah endlessly ridiculing her followers. Getting sucked into dumb comments is dumb. And boring for the audience. Carrie tries to bring things back around to meaningful content but is often unsuccessful.
Thank you for this informative podcast on histamine. I appreciate the practical tips that we can implement! I would love to hear your thoughts on strategies to improve osteoporosis. Supplements like calcium are often recommended, but I wonder if there are circadian/quantum alternatives?
A lot of good info in here for a casual setting and I really appreciate Carrie explaining a lot of the science. Honestly though…after listening for some time, I can say there is an elitist and negative attitude towards people who live differently or can’t live like they do. A lot of judgement. It’s disappointing and unwelcoming. They talk about the “gurus” but don’t realize that they are the “gurus”. They often talk down about the people who are trying to learn and engage with their content.
I enjoy learning from these ladies. I like that they are always sharing what they have tried or are curious about and most importantly why. I am interested in true science but certain sciences like biology and others don’t come easy for this creative. Here I am comfortable.
