My favorite podcast!!! This is how I start my day, I cook for my meditation. I love cooking for family and friends. I bring my treasures to work at a endoscopy unit in Boston. It’s like handing out love! This podcast is no mindless chatter, no banter, just give me the basics! A million thanks!!!
Really enjoy your daily podcasts. I made the Kalau Pig today. Followed recipe given and it was great. Once pork was cooked, I remove pork from pot and then added cabbage, onions, red potatoes and small ears of frozen corn on the cob to pot and seasoned heavily with a Cajun seasoning. Cooked for ten minutes, natural release fo 8 minutes. It was delicious.
I am so glad I found your podcast!
I’ve tried several of your recipes and have loved all of them.

I love your ROTD daily, and I listen to almost all of your weekend interviews.
I also enjoy the fact that you hail from Canada and have those little Canadian pronunciations that make it so interesting.

I like this one because Christine doesn’t dwell on chefs and their spiritual journeys or how someone’s trip to a volcano rim influenced their cooking. That stuff is fine but I like to listen to practical advice on how to make things. Also her recipes tend to be pretty practical and mostly from easily available ingredients. It’s surprising how few podcasts there are like that.
