  • Elevate and inspire

I’m so glad I found this podcast. I enjoy the discussion, the how-to’s, and the many ideas. Every episode I find myself jotting down recipes to try or things to make.

I’m a vegetarian that cooks to feed my omnivorous family. I make sure the vegetarian options will appeal to me AND my omnivores. And I’m always on the hunt for good reliable meat options that I can make without having to taste and adjust.

    Thank you Kari and Sonya!
