Week 3 training for the River City Half is done and I'm feeling pretty good with the program I'm following. It's a "relaxed fit" perspective I'm taking to this training cycle vs. "bootleg" style. Listen to the show to learn more about that!

Dave always provides great content. His show has been a staple of my running playlist for over a decade now. He has great guests come on to discuss the wonderful world of running as well. I had the privelege of meeting Dave while I was in Virginia for a marathon. He is a genuine and kind person. It is definitely worth a listen. Keep up the great work Dave!
First time listening will be my last. Ashland Dave spent most of his hour long race report for the night train 50k bad mouthing another runner and informing the audience how they could look him up. Not cool Dave.
A great podcast for all runners from beginning 5k runners and experienced ultra runners. Ashland Dave provides a supportive, inclusive and informative podcast about the ups and downs of running. Although he describes himself as "a middle of the pack nobody”, I find Dave to be funny, thoughtful and full of good advice. Give him a listen.
This was a great podcast, Dave. I have done the race (Oak Mountain 50K) a few times and Neil sums things up well. It is not an easy course, but is very scenic. My only DNF occurred here one year, and so I have a score to settle!
Enjoying your podcast as usual!

I have been listening to Dave for a over a year and I love the podcast. It inspires me to not be lazy and get moving. It also reminds me that I don't need to run against anyone but me. I hope Dave will continue the podcast. I really enjoy it and always take something from every show that I can use.
Awsome show, great perspective and honest. I think Dave has great values that many can learn from.
Great podcast to get you out there putting in some miles. Dave is just a real, genuine nice guy who tells you what is on his mind. If you are looking for a real world view of distance running, go no further.
Great view from the middle of the pack
Great podcast!!! I never miss an eppisode. A must have to any runners arsenal. Thanks Dave.
A great podcast if you want a "virtual partner" on your runs. Sure is nice to have "Ashland Dave" go with me on the iPod for on some of my boring runs. I laugh out loud at him sometimes. He probably doesn't even think he is funny, but he is.
Dave makes a great podcast, very conversational, like taking a run with your best friend
Just recently started listening to the podcast after Running with the Pack suggested it. Great job, Dave. It is fun to listen to your endeavors! Keep on running!
Ashland Dave puts together a great podcast. He talks about his running and training for events and the ups and downs associated with it. I really look forward to hearing the next episode. Definitely a must listen podcast if you enjoy running and training for races. Keep on running Dave and thanks for the work you do on the podcast.
Ashland Dave has a great podcast. I live in nearby Richmond, VA and love to hear this podcast. Ashland Dave is like a running buddy. Motivation for the regular guy.
Just llike getting the Sunday paper, going for a run with Ashland Dave is one of my weekly musts. I look forward each week to his reports of his running on both the roads and trails. Go for a run in the center of the universe and you won't be disappointed.
