  • Great to listen to on the run

I’ve been trying to find a suitable podcast that talks you through a run as you’re running it. This is perfect - love the phased training ones as well! The interviews are really well delivered and relevant. We want to hear how ‘human’ the celebs are!!! Great work and I’ll continue to listen.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Adil Ray OBE
Q: Do you participate in the enthusiastic December runners out running on Christmas Day?
No, I prefer a nice walk with family on Christmas Day.
Peter Sawkins
Q: What do you do to nail a good time in races?
Warming up is really important, especially for 5K and 10K races. Doing slow jogging and faster strides prepares your body for the race.

Marsh suggests that if you need to, it's okay to walk up hills as long as you keep progressing and not putting too much pressure on yourself to run up them.
Jonny Marsh
Q: What was the challenge? Why did you set yourself up?
Marsh's challenge was to do an Ironman as a way to get back into shape and to respond to his wife's remark about gaining weight.
Pete Cooper
Q: What is your favorite time of year to get out there then?
It's got to be summer.
