As a female runner, I found a lot of the content to be really not geared towards considering that women are different in their hormonal needs, etc, and it felt quite ignorant in some comments. I also listened to the UTMB winners interview, and it sounds like the guys have never even researched or read even an article about ultra trail running. Well I’ve heard some feminist rubbish in the past but this is the best example - men and women are totally different & clearly they don’t like men.
Poor content with nothing really deep or instructive but what’s worse is that you can get an ad between a question and an answer which is huge disrespect to both the speaker and the listener
