The RC YouTube channel has some excellent content, but I feel that the podcast has, for me, become so painful to listen to. The constant overtalking, giggling and immaturity is unbearable. Andy offers great insight, but the other two bring very little to the table. The ‘free’ RC Club insight podcast could not have been a worse promo for a fee paying product, simply dreadful.
Always a great listen, entertaining, informative and a great way to get you through your runs
Came for the running, stayed for the banter ;)
Try so hard to enjoy this podcast but finally giving up. I refuse to believe Sarah finds something breathtakingly hilarious every 30 seconds but alas she will cackle and gasp to fill the space. Also quite tiresome relentlessly hearing that she has run a sub 20 5k. Good insight from Andy though and some good old stories
Was the best running podcast out there. Now it’s just feels like constantly pushing the adverts. Real shame
