I love how you keep it under ten minutes. I have problems with attention so most podcasts are hard to listen to.
I like that they are short an to the point . I was listening to true crime , an really was getting bummed out. I wonder why ? The music you listen too , the news all day affects your mood. I have Epilepsy and can’t drive or work. I have to be more miserly to what I do. I’ve lost 100 pounds by listing to my old favorites. I’m 55. An I bought my dad an old boom box & some country music from his day he’s 90 . I made him promis to only listen to 1- news program a day . Covid was taking its toll on h... more
Great podcast, useful everyday tips to use and such positive easy changes to make.
My recommendation - The actual podcast is quieter than the intro and the end so it has to be turned up and when it ends the music is too loud at the end (with it being a sudden loud beat, it ruins the calm vibe).
Not all they speak about applies to me but when I find it would be of interest or could benefit a friend or family I just tap share. However I do find many that are of interest or could be helpful for me to know, and never drawn out or boring.
I love all the tips and how short and sweet they are. However, they really need to work on the audio issues. The beginning and end are extremely loud (with the ads) and the actual content is super low! So I have to raise the volume but remember to shut it off before the end as the volume goes really loud again.
