It would have been better to move one of the clients to a different month vs. back to back.

I will get back into the podcast when the regular content resumes. Nothing against the host or her clients (they are great), but I mis... more

  • A breath of fresh air for high achieving women!

Slow Living is the perfect antidote to burnout culture. Stephanie’s warm, relatable style makes you feel seen especially if you’re used to juggling everything and putting yourself last.

As a health coach who works with women in midlife, I can say this podcast is a true gem — reminding us that slowing down isn’t failure, it’s freedom. Highly recommend!
