  • A breath of fresh air for high achieving women!

Slow Living is the perfect antidote to burnout culture. Stephanie’s warm, relatable style makes you feel seen especially if you’re used to juggling everything and putting yourself last.

As a health coach who works with women in midlife, I can say this podcast is a true gem — reminding us that slowing down isn’t failure, it’s freedom. Highly recommend!
