  • It pays to be organized.

I am currently going through a stressful time and when I was asked to produce certain documents, etc., and being able to locate them made all the difference in the world!! While waiting in various hospital waiting rooms, I did a digital cleanse (unsubscribing, etc.), that as I continue with my crisis I have been able to respond to important emails quicker. You and your guest speakers made this season achievable. Thank you as you made a difference in my life.

The “Decluttering by Personality Type” episode — and wow, as a Type 3 who’s obsessed with efficiency, it was like she was speaking my language. Deanna has this way of making practical tips feel like warm encouragement from a friend, not a lecture.

Also, her story about buying one owl and suddenly getting gifted every owl in the tri-state area? Hilarious. Been there — except mine was smiley faces (thanks, ... more

  • The Host’s Voice!

There are some good ideas here but the host’s sing-song voice constantly sounds like she’s about to burst into laughter - like a constant braying. I can’t listen anymore.
