Such valuable information. I think it can help a lot of people deal with pain and also open up your eyes and mind to long time misconceptions about stretching muscles and what that means. I’ve been practicing yoga since 1998 once I discovered Ayama and MAT techniques I felt like I discovered an entire new practice.
