那一刻我想起自己也曾用“远方”和“高度”去证明自己。可当你真的走到更大的世界，很多曾经以为过不去的人和事，会在回望里变得模糊——你终于发现，你早就不需要他们看见了。
这一期我把“世界”分成两种：
地理上的世界，是离开旧标签、寻找适合自己的土壤；
精神上的世界，是在心里长出更多支点，让人生不靠单点支撑。

在当代都市生活里，医美早已不稀奇。它作为现代医学的一部分，确实能帮助我们变美、抗衰、维持好状态。
