  • Brewery Bros

You can save yourself the time and go sit down at a table adjacent to a bunch of bros at a brewery. The podcast consists mostly of conservatives who think they are centrist or unbias because they don't believe all the news on newsmax and fact check either with their own feelings or their bro. the only female voice you will hear is at the beginning announcing the pod. Also no voices from the impacted marginalized communities are heard in the coverage. staff dissent consists of a staffer, a white... more

  • Perhaps do a little homework.

“60 Minutes” asked the appropriate source — Homeland Security — for an interview. Noem declined. Then after missing all five screenings of the CECOT episode, Weiss at the last minute specifically required a Stephen Miller interview(?) — which was clearly too late to conduct before airtime. Not sure what Isaac thinks is “reasonable” about any of that, unless he was simply sloppy in gaining the facts of a fairly straightforward story. That jumping to conclusions, particularly given various recent ... more

  • The Invisibility Tangle are Creating by Staying Silent

    Hello Tangle Team

I’m a regular listener because your show generally does an excellent job of examining issues from multiple angles and modeling thoughtful engagement across differences. That’s precisely why I’m surprised—and frankly disappointed—by the absence of any sustained, in-depth focus on what has been happening and being inflicted upon to the Latino community in the United States. Hence, the two star rating.

  • Friday Edition—Audrey Moorhead, October 31. 2025

Audrey Moorhead’s article on how the left is significantly responsible for the rise of Trump is brilliant. She used detailed examples, and while she didn’t

excuse, for instance, President Trump’s shocking tactics on illegal immigrants, she explained why so many voters tolerate his excesses.

Tangle is earning its objective of being a source of commentary thst readers trust to be fair. Ms. Moorhead’s article furthers that reputation.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Gaza peace plan enters phase two.
Q: Why are you silent on things like former CNN anchor Don Lemon storming a church with a bunch of anti-ICE protesters?
The host does not condone storming places of worship as a protest method, citing it as a poor way to convey a message and emphasizes the podcast's inability to cover every important story.
Suspension of the rules. - Isaac, Ari and Kmele chat about law enforcement encounters, Kanye West and then Isaac interviews Elliot Williams about his new book Five Bullets.
Q: Kmele, how are you going to talk to your kids about interacting with law enforcement?
I would advise my children to be thoughtful and aware of their rights, and to exit most situations safely, even when under stress, as most law enforcement interactions end without incident.
Trumps escalates his Greenland push.
Q: Is it a good or bad thing when the consumer price index increases?
Generally, it's a bad thing when the consumer price index increases, especially if it goes past economists' expectations, as it indicates rising costs of goods and services.
What happened at Davos?
Q: Can you please help us understand the assertion that there is a housing shortage in this country?
There is no housing shortage in the U.S., as supply clearly exceeds demand, but local market imbalances create economic spikes that can lead to issues in availability.
What is the "Donroe Doctrine"?
Q: Why can't Congress pass a law that voting districts must be based on school districts?
The suggestion potentially conflicts with the Constitution, which requires congressional districts to be population-equitable.
