This podcast can change your life in less than 20 minutes a day. I was introduced to EFT in 2001 and thought there was nothing new to learn. I couldn't have been more wrong. Claire Hayes has taken this practice to a level I never thought possible. Her approach is both simple and powerful, her insights invaluable. And she will include you on her own journey - truly educating by eliciting your best. Tap Into Your Power goes above and beyond the typical "self improvement" podcast with engaging, tra... more
I love Claire Hayes strength and wisdom in this podcast. She is a master at EFT, something I used for money blocks but now, thanks to her, I can dive deeper into what it means to understand pattern on a cellular level. There is much to learn from Claire and this podcast will not disappoint.
Claire is my go to support system for all things. Truly. Life. Business. Health. I feel honored and privileged to be one of her private clients and to get to weave with her in this world. This podcast makes her wisdom and brilliance accessible to all. So grateful for all Claire does. I'm a super fan.
I'm familiar with Claire and her work as an EFT practitioner and coach, and I'm thrilled to find she now has a podcast too, so I can access her work on my daily walks.
Claire is so much more than a coach - she's a powerful teacher, who works on the layers of life we don't usually see. The title of this podcast - tap into your power - is such a perfect explanation of how she helps you go deep, and find the resources that are underneath there, then bring them out into the world.

Claire's podcasts are really, really good. She points out things that are obvious when you think about it, but are very far from obvious when you're right in the middle of a difficult challenge or feeling. You can feel her love and care in the tone of her voice, as well as the content itself. Highly recommended, especially when you need a quick turnaround.
