I will be a first year 3rd grade inclusion teacher in the fall and I just found this podcast. It has already made me feel so much more prepared to go into the classrooms and to lead IEP meetings with confidence.

As someone who hasn’t been working with the special education population for very long, I have learned so many things from Nikki. I studied psychology in my undergrad years but there is so much information that isn’t covered in a course, or little tips and tricks that just come from the experience. I appreciate Nikki’s enthusiasm and desire to share her knowledge and wisdom!
