  • Fascism of Academic Jargon

As usual the leftosphere has little to offer but jargon, theory and intellectual detachment, and no apparent grasp of what’s really going on or how to confront it. The planet itself is literally dying; elites are planning for the post-future, but you guys are still sitting here navel-gazing. If you don’t see that the coming war will be waged by the global north on the global south, you’re simply useless and irrelevant.

  • Not interesting or informative

These guys are really ignorant about actual history and culture. I’m not really against their politics but they speak really authoritatively about things they clearly don’t understand at all. It’s not flattering

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Microfascist Machines w/ Jack Z. Bratich
Q: What are some examples of anti-microfascist practices?
Examples include care-based activism, care networks, and community defense that focus on protecting life and fostering revolutionary energies.
Criminal Anarchy w/ Aaron J. Leonard
Q: How did anarchism become the first target of what would be several rounds of red scares?
Anarchism faced increasing repression following the assassination of politicians like William McKinley, leading to laws that criminalized advocacy for revolutionary action.
Texas in an Outrage
Q: What's the mood been in Dallas since then?
The mood is shocked and confused, reflecting a troubling political climate exacerbated by recent events.
E304: DSA with Bruv Characteristics w/ Max Shanly
Q: Would you say that the fundamental question at this stage is a sort of a membership that has one vote per person, one person, one vote, as opposed to a situation where the party has this entrenched leadership?
Yes, the biggest issue is ensuring the party is genuinely democratic and its decisions reflect the will of its members, rather than an entrenched leadership imposing measures.
E304: DSA with Bruv Characteristics w/ Max Shanly
Q: So how would you narrativize how we went from Corbyn losing to the current crisis in labor today?
It is built on lies, basically. Keir Starmer ran on a platform of aping Jeremy Corbyn, but then quickly went in a completely different direction disregarding the party membership's expectations.
