  • New listener, but love it already!

I’ve been recovering from my self-help era in my 20’s and was a little hesitant to start a podcast like this, but after a few episodes, it’s actually such a refreshing take centered around the way we as women engage with the world and what that really looks like. I just recently listened to the “Make Money like ‘THAT GIRL’” episode and it was phenomenal. I listen to a lot of really great financial podcasts from women I respect and who are smart but this guest gave me such a new way of looking at... more

  • Love love love!

I absolutely love this podcast. When I first opened it up and saw the episode titles I thought “not another podcast giving advice on the today’s best things for XYZ”. Then I started listening, and absolutely fell in love with the advice that feels so timely and right for my soul. Advice that encourages healthy behaviors mentally, physically and spiritually. It’s not a podcast that makes you feel bad for not doing the “right things”. It’s a podcast that acknowledges where you are, what your goals... more

  • Amazing and uplifting!

I just listened to episode 232 on my walk, and it was exactly what I needed today! The weather’s been getting colder, I’ve been feeling more tired, and I just haven’t been as motivated to exercise. This episode explained why that’s all happening at this time of year, and it made me feel so much better. Now I can be much more in tune with my body knowing that I’m feeling this way because of the lack of sunlight and our evolutionary need to simply slow down and rest more as winter comes along. • Easily My Favorite Podcast

This is truly the only podcast I listen to religiously. Josie strikes just the right balance of spiritual yet practical and grateful yet ambitious. I find myself rolling my eyes sometimes listening to other podcasts because they can feel like an “I know better than you and I have all of the answers” performance. Josie feels like one of the girls and she’s just sharing things she’s learned and experienced and genuinely hopes that you can benefit from them. This podcast feels like a chat with a fr... more
