This podcast is seriously incredible! Regardless of what level your gymnast is, this podcast will give you insight on how you can help them be their best in the sport. I have a L10 gymnast and wish I knew a lot of this info when she was Level 3/6 (she skipped 4/5). Lots of episodes I am able to listen in the car with my gymnast on the way to practice.
