Aleks has one of my favorite podcasts out there!
I enjoy that the episodes very in length and focus while maintaining their quality.
Give me more please!
Aleks has a great understanding of Bodyweight, kettlebell, and Original Strength Training and also offers great advice on diet. Give him a listen. Better yet, subscribe to his email. His workouts have changed the game for me.
Aleks Salkin a.k.a. LonelyKid1986 a.k.a. The Hebrew Hammer and now The Host With The Most! Aleks has evolved with the times and is usually one step ahead! My only complaint is that the podcast does not have anything to actually do with hammers. Instead, this is jam packed with amazing, easy-to-understand health info! I have a fever and the only cure is The Hammer Cast! Come for the fitness advice but stay for the dad jokes and awkward conversations!
