Navigating the internet for credible health information can be like navigating a minefield in clown shoes so it’s appreciated that this podcast exists.
Just wants to have the right information get out there and has fun while doing it
I love how this show mixes super interesting topics with commentary on the current health and wellness industry that is, let’s face it, the modern day snake oil salesman yassified online. For example, always felt weird about figures like Huberman but didn’t have the scientific understanding to validate that feeling until house of pod did it for me! I love that this podcast gives me a place to learn about health and science from people who my gut tells me I can trust. Thank you Kaveh!
Hands down the best thing to dissociate to while getting a tattoo. House of Pod has gotten me through many many hours of tattooing
