  • A tonic for the soul

    I first discovered Mimi on Instagram and have enjoyed her daily posts. As someone who has OCD and an ED, finding someone who speaks about them in loving, encouraging, and educational ways has helped me immensely. Her podcast is much the same. She’s personable and intelligent, she speaks from a place of knowing. I’m so thankful I found her!

    Mimi’s podcast and her Instagram feed bring so much hope and compassion to people who struggle in many different areas! Her post and podcasts are brave, honest and kind and always educate and comfort. A personal favorite on this podcast is her interview with Alegra Kastens about OCD, which smashes unhelpful myths and advocates for the OCD community. Keep up the important and good work!!
