  • A fave

This method is fascinating and as a someone who has benefited from it, I’m always recommending and sharing some form or tool from the method itself . The podcast is a resource every single person can benefit from. The content is engaging, interesting and the stories/testimonials are inspiring. I’ve read the books, utilized the tools in my personal life and with others and continue to share the resources with others in the hopes it is as helpful to them as it has been and continues to be for me. ... more

  • My fav Podcast for Self Improvement

I’ve noticed a change in my inspiration from listening to this podcast! It is challenging how I think about myself and the world and how we heal as humans. I’ve always been in pursuit of my own self development and the things I’m learning here are propelling it faster than anything I’ve researched. This is not your average podcast so don’t be surprised if you hear some tough things that you haven’t heard anywhere else!
