This method is fascinating and as a someone who has benefited from it, I’m always recommending and sharing some form or tool from the method itself . The podcast is a resource every single person can benefit from. The content is engaging, interesting and the stories/testimonials are inspiring. Would you cover the top of Rosacea in your podcast? Many, many thanks 🙏
I can be quite the modality hopper, but there’s something very different about working with Mind Change. I’m just now finishing up my mind change book and am amazed at the insight and aha moments that I’ve had while reading, as well as listening to this podcast!
Oh dear 😅 I definitely needed to hear this and it came at just the right time. Thanks for telling me the truths I didn’t want to hear—so healing 💜
Thank you for having an episode of how to help children. It was very informative to understand the order of who needs to heal in what order to help my family unit be better as a whole. I love how family oriented both Kent and Heather are and wanting families to be stronger together. Thank you.
Heather and Kent are loving strong people. Their program is wonderful and they care about people

I’ve noticed a change in my inspiration from listening to this podcast! It is challenging how I think about myself and the world and how we heal as humans. I’ve always been in pursuit of my own self development and the things I’m learning here are propelling it faster than anything I’ve researched. This is not your average podcast so don’t be surprised if you hear some tough things that you haven’t heard anywhere else!
I love how much light this podcast shines on the mind and body connection. I always walk away appreciating my body more and think deeper and more clearly about what my body is trying to tell me. Also love Heather’s soothing and comforting voice!
