  • Open hearted and connected.

Kate’s message of Expanded Love has changed my life in the most incredible ways. When I need to open my heart and connect with my partner, I turn on an episode and immediately, I drop into connection with myself, which is the first step.

  • Nonsense

Excellent podcast, but a nonsense one about Donald Trump. It’s your right to be neutral, but taking his behavior as something to be admired shows a lack of empathy for all minorities. Horrible example!
