He displays his emotional intelligence deftly and is an actively engaged listener. He’s not ready to read the next question directly from the 5x8 cards. He follows up with the obvious question or to a statement that begs the question. He’s fair and balanced as he tackles one issue a day. I appreciate his exceptional work.
