    There’s not enough podcasts like this one, and it fills a much needed gap. We’ve listened to all the previous season episodes and were really excited to see it return this season— just in time to learn for our upcoming mountaineering adventure. Great training and topics with clear and practical advice in easy to consume sessions. Love this podcast and thank you Rowan for taking the time to do this and sharing your advice and experiences!

    So much time and energy can be wasted while training for a big climb. This podcast can really help direct your physical/mental preparations for your big climb and for your longevity as a mountaineer. Strongly recommend!
