When I was in middle school I discovered yes theory and the philosophy of seeking discomfort and being spontaneous was from then on solidified in me. (I’m in college now) and the podcast has been awesome! You guys have incredible life insight. As my idols for seeking discomfort, hearing how you guys overcome obstacles has been inspiring and reminded me that all of us are becoming stronger people everyday. Unequivocally would love more episodes 🙌🙏
Just fell upon this podcast, this is only second time I have listened. Usually listen to mostly political podcasts.
Both of you guys sound very kind, love the accents.. still don’t get the gist of the podcast. I am a 75 year old woman so maybe I am not to connect with you guys being so young..will hang in here for a while..
Love the vibe of this new season! Thoughtful and deep conversations. Love it!
These are so beautiful! The authenticity of the Yes Theory crew is so heart warming and they touch on so many important topics. My favourite episode is with Steffan, he drops so many truth bombs, I had to pause and write down so many parts that spoke to me. You can tell they speak from the heart. Thank you, you guys are doing such an important mission 🫶
