  • Day better

Made my day better learning about avoidance issues. Really found this helpful and truly appreciate this therapists work. Would love if the episodes dumbed down how our brains work and there were recaps after the narrator explains it all: like a recap of 1-3 reasons we avoid and 1-3 examples of what to do today to fix it.

  • Therapy in a nutshell

Emma is an amazing therapist! I first found her videos on YouTube and eventually found her podcast. I really enjoy that some of the episodes are condensed. Sometimes longer podcasts have a lot of filler but Emma’s podcast is straight to the point, really helpful and informative. She offers advice and how to put her tips into action. Her voice is very soothing and comforting and I look forward to every episode.
