  • Primo yarn fodder

Binged the whole hundy in a week . Was able to clean the garage (entirely) , do all the linen (properly) even went for a few walks in the local drains and alleyways to maximise the sensorial aspects. Has not improved my handstyle, but I reckon I could blag on with a pile of writers with conviction now . Now I’ve gotta crush TGM and BB&tB

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Mental fog lifted like never before (#126)
Q: What would you suggest if someone's hearing this and they're like, these two dudes, they're talking some sense? Where can someone start to change their lifestyle habits?
The first two foods that have got to go are grains and seed oils, as removing these will significantly impact inflammation and health.
Mental fog lifted like never before (#126)
Q: How did you first come across the idea of only eating animal products, predominantly red meat?
I discovered Rich Rolls, and I began to look more into plant-based diets, but eventually I shifted to the carnivore diet after not feeling well on a plant-heavy diet.
Mental fog lifted like never before (#126)
Q: How would you describe what you're doing, what you're trying to put together in your own kind of practice or coaching service?
So, I'm focusing on men's health. And this is due to me experiencing extreme benefits with a ketogenic diet way of eating, which is then actually sort of transitioned into the strictest version, which is a strict plant-free ketogenic diet, which is a carnivore diet.
Racked paint or nothing (#115)
Q: What challenges have you faced organizing the Sydney Sticker Expo?
Ronnie mentions the challenges of knowing when to switch off, managing time effectively, and handling the influx of sticker submissions, but notes the overall experience has been positive and fun.
Racked paint or nothing (#115)
Q: How did you get into stickers, slaps, paste-ups, etc.?
Ronnie shares that her brother was a graffiti writer, which influenced her early exposure to the culture. Despite being discouraged from participating due to gender norms, she remained an observer and later began capturing images of street art and stickers.
