to the episode about New Years Resolutions and it was very insightful. I am more encouraged to achieve my goals in the new year after listening to this episode.
Raffaela has come to a similar solution for BFRBs that Dr. John Sarno used in “Healing Back Pain”. He believed chronic pain was the result of repressed emotions. Since your typical psychologist, psychiatrist, and dermatologist have no idea what to do about this, Raffaela’s approach seems like a positive next step.
For someone struggling with a Body-Focused Repetitive Behavior, Raffaela’s approach is different from anything I’ve seen before. I suspect her insight could help with any addiction, as well as improve your life even if you are not struggling with a body-focused repetitive behavior.
