Just started following the show beginning with the kitchen declutter section. Holy cow - the little bite-sized instructions have been so helpful! I just decluttered my drink ware while drinking my coffee and listening to the episode. Can’t wait to move through the house!
I am not usually one to write a review, but I have made Amber part of my every week. There is a peace about listening and I am drawn to it. Thank you, Amber for sharing with all of us all the lessons you’ve learned over the years.
Love this podcast. The practical tips and psychology insights are very useful and intelligent. I have listened to other decluttering podcasts that just state the obvious but this one has really taught me some useful lessons that have totally helped me change my mindset.
I was drawn to Ambers podcast by her blend of mindfulness and guidance in tackling hard things. She is just so inspirational to me and I am working hard. Thank you Amber
Love this podcast and listen to it while I declutter/clean my home for motivation. Amber is so relatable and has a no-nonsense approach. I struggle with ADHD and have a habit of starting a bunch of decluttering projects without actually finishing any of them so I use each episode as a guide to focus on just one area and I have made so much more progress this way. It has helped me understand how I got to where I’m at with my clutter and it’s comforting to know I’m not alone in the chaos!
