Usually pretty good. Latest episode interviewing a guy who explains how to bang hot chicks absolutely sucked. But otherwise they’re pretty good.
The info varies across nutrition, strength training, conditioning, and overall health. Although the basis of the training information is aligned to the Starting Strength method as they are both certified coaches, it reaches farther out than SS alone.
Worth a listen and Robert and Trent complement each other’s style.
The info is fine, if you look them up on instagram, they’re clearly more strength focused guys so I wouldnt take their advice pertaining to bodybuilding but my boy! Stop cursing so much! A couple f words here and there but EVERY OTHER WORD? That’s crazy.
I started listening a few months ago, just episode by episode. Love Rob and Trent’s direct honest style that doesn’t get too cute or confusing. They’re great at extracting opinions from guests without letting them ramble. Recommending to friends for sure!
For all people interested in strength and health by training and diet.
