本集再度邀請到台灣首屈一指的眼科名醫、也是遠見眼科院長張聰麒醫師來接受訪談。他從自己當初為什麼成為一位眼科醫師，接下來又如何因為對眼科手術的熱情，在為病人處理一堆疑難雜症中磨練出自己的技術，但接著他又意識到在醫院服務的瓶頸，就是無法讓每位病人都得到等級更高的檢驗及處置，所以他才決定出來自行開業，並且持續朝各方面都要讓病人得到更高規格的對待邁進，然後才有了今天的遠見眼科。
