  • Ads are jarring and taking away from the message

I see that I am not the only one who finds the ad placement horrible. It’s a short podcast, remove the ads in the middle. Seems it’s been 2 years and the creator could care less about the feedback.

  • Ad placement is extensive & jarring

Some episodes are literally 50% advertisements. It’s so frustrating feeling just about “there” in terms of coming into the present moment and opening up to hear a nice message just to be interrupted with loud ads for supplements or something. Way too many ads for a 4-5 min episode and also the ads should be at the beginning or the end.

I don’t find myself able to sink in and internalize the depth of these practice moments, because the meditation is immediately interrupted by sound effects and ads which take me out of the moment and lea... more
