《又過了一個年頭，不如放下一個念頭》來到完結篇了，今日亦都步入二月，好快就要迎接農曆新年，新一年要好好過！
今日次嘉賓是Yanny@Lolly Talk，Yanny和我的IG都有一個共通點，就是我們的IG名字都用了「Haha」，哈哈。她有沒有哪一個「成長時刻」，是參加造星入行嗎？還是Lolly Talk成軍的那一刻？
原來有時候她也會想，初出道光芒萬丈以後，還是要面對星途上的高高低低。新一年她的新目標又會是甚麼？
今集嘉賓阿慈在2025年其實經歷了兩次「完結」，回復自由身及YT channel「試當真」的完結。我和Yip Sir都很喜歡「試當真」，他們的內容陪伴了很多人幾年艱難的時間，對阿慈來說，原來「試當真」更是她第一份工作。
一年之始，或者很多人會被問到「要找回自己嗎？」阿慈面對身份和工作的轉變，她有沒有也試著去定義自己，找回自己？
又過了一個年頭，不如放下一個念頭，伴隨著完結的，往往是新的開始。
之前和霞姐合作拍過搞笑片，但坐下來好好地聊天卻是頭一回。
霞姐覺得，24年和25年相比真的差很遠，有種開始被他人承認為演員的感覺。夢開始的地方卻原來是中學戲劇組 。而且聽下去你會發現，追夢的過程中還有很多「嘟」聲。
成為演員之後，霞姐深刻的時刻很多，開心的有，難過的那種也有。
但是有劇就拍，有戲就接。
新一年希望大家都要身體健康，有好的身體才會有好的能量，才可以顯化自己心中所想。
我跟Zelos可以說是識於微時。他做過不同職業，一直都在尋找代表作，代表作或者可以這樣理解：讓自己真實的聲音被人聽見。
1月是個允許人好好休息的月份，而懷抱住那個念頭，他會在新一年繼續堅定前行下去。

今集嘉賓是Youtuber柿柿，平時常看她的影片，今次還是第一次和她真人見面。本身是剪片師的她，嘗試了很多；身為創作者，從器材、潮流、話題，轉變不停，界線模糊。創作者同樣是我其中一個身份，不知不覺變成兩個創作者交流做影片、搞創作的甘苦談。
柿柿提到，十年後回望不要讓自己後悔，又過了一個年頭的我們，也許要做些讓自己無悔的事情。
對我來說，Yip Sir有很多身份，他是我的男朋友，曾是我的舞蹈老師，更是今屆《全民造星》十強。
十二月來到最後一個星期，也是2025年的最後一個星期。Yip Sir這一年參加《全民造星》，去了韓國受訓、認識了連結特別深的隊友。想成為一個有影響力的人，勇於參與嘗試，explore大世界，完成人生其中一個實驗。
這是Yip Sir今年的嘗試，也想你們一起來聽聽，他在鏡頭以外的這一年的感悟。
